Re: Dispersal Draft Game - Discussion Thread
I wonder how the hockey world would react to a redraft league. Im guessing teams like pittsburgh, washington, LA would have drastic fluctuations in attendance.

Stick tap to LITT who added GMs to the picks page so we know who to harass next...thank you.

I tought the first 3 rounds would be all forwards, its nice to see defencemen going early.

Re: Dispersal Draft Game - Discussion Thread
This might seem a little off the board to some. But Hedman was one of the 10 or 12 best d-men in the league last year (at least), took a huge step forward...massive, mobile, total package player...Victor Hedman is the pick.

I'm very happy Taylor Hall fell to 32. Thought for sure he'd have been grabbed much earlier. Probably one of the best of that next wave of stars (Younger 20's).

Yes, I meant to comment on Taylor Hall. How many better LWs are there in the game right now? Not that many...really like that pick, and he's a strong worker...

Party Hard Line is complete..or is it.
Choice was between Parise and another, but I felt that Parise's playoff performances and penalty killing abilities gave him a leg up on the decision.

there were players we felt more comfortable with here but really buying upside on both of these as we feel they could both be significant game changers

Re: Dispersal Draft Game - Discussion Thread
On my last pick I had Taylor Hall's name typed out and almost clicked submit. I changed it at the last second to Sharp just because of the experience factor.

Re: Dispersal Draft Game - Discussion Thread
Went with Joe Pavelski. He was a monster last season, he's always been a very good, responsible player and he play any position...very versatile, can fit in anywhere...maybe he doesn't quite have Hall-type upside (though Pavs was a ppg player I think last year, top-10 Hart/Selke finish) but he really beats these Hall/Kessel types on versatility...a player that I wanted, that I knew wouldn't be around when I came up again...is he the 40th best player in the league? Ya know, I think that feels about right, but you look at the names around him, and maybe it's a little more of a stretch...

In light of one of the recent picks bringing something to my attention...someone is truly going to get a steal really soon.

I wonder if this game is done somewhere else if Letang drops that far.
