Well they can't all be those crazy arched roadways that seem to plague your life.

The "hide your belt" slots on pants. I don't get the point. "Holy ****. He's a gd Houdini. His belt only shows up in the front, then disappears!" - said no one, ever. All it does is get in the way when I'm trying to put the damn thing on.

I agree with Troy. We get maybe 40 days of summer in pittsburgh. Is it so much to ask for some sun and heat?

I enjoy the sun and the heat. But people actually enjoy the humidity?

Yeah, I'm picturing the merge at 28 north coming out of the city. The traffic actually backs up all the way to the Fort Pitt bridge because there are no long stretches of road.Hockeynut! wrote:Have you driven in Pittsburgh? 75% of the time the "open" lane is at a complete stop before you even see the "merge" sign.shmenguin wrote:Merge before traffic comes to a stop. No one's buying that you get unfairly put into this predicament with all these stopped cars.
I do agree if there is a ton of highway and the traffic is backuped prior to the merge signs and is somewhat flowing and people blow by in the "open" lane to just bypass it, it gets annoying. But there are a ton of roads where that zipper method is 100% necessary.

The overall trends for the rest of the summer are below average. We will still get some warm days, but the heat waves won't really happen as much as they normally do. There really haven't been many oppressive days this year.newarenanow wrote:Althought weather channel app is forecasting into the upper 80s all next week.

I think we've only had 1-2 days over 95 this year....it was the same last year.
And I am significantly further South than Pittsburgh.
