I don't care for Halle berry, but extant was pretty solid. I haven't seen (or noticed at least) Goran Visjnic in anything in a while. He was in like a bajillion ER episodes

Accidentally watched the first part of the Jericho pilot on Hulu today. Forgot how good it was. Damn writers' strike.

I cannot bring myself to start watching Jericho because it has no ending. I'm sure I would love the show but I can't start a show that is not finished.

Re: TV Shows
TIL there's a game show called American Bible Challenge.
It probably gets higher ratings than reruns of Match Game 77.

I was happy to see that Woody Harrelson was nominated for best actor along with McConaughey. McConaughey's character was the driving force of the show, but Harrelson was excellent as well and deserved his nomination.eddysnake wrote:blackjack68 wrote:Emmy nominations announced this morning.

albeit disappointing, they did what they could to try to finalize the plot. its by no means a great finish, but their hands were tied.PensFanInDC wrote:I cannot bring myself to start watching Jericho because it has no ending. i wish that the rumored netflix reprisal wouldve came to fruition.

Re: TV Shows
This in spades. Season 2 only happened because of the fan backlash. But to cram a resolution into 7 episodes.... completely different speed. I'd trade Falling Skies for more Jericho in a heartbeat.canaan wrote:albeit disappointing, they did what they could to try to finalize the plot. its by no means a great finish, but their hands were tied.PensFanInDC wrote:I cannot bring myself to start watching Jericho because it has no ending. Looking forward to the strain tonight on fx. the book isn't necessarily good, but it is fun. Here's hoping the show doesn't take itself too seriously

Married with children? That was along time ago and I think you are confusing it with Fox.

Watched the first 3 episodes of Chuck. It's cute. It's hooked me enough to keep watching.

It's our generations Get Smart. Suspension of disbelief is huge if you want to watch it. We loved it.Crankshaft wrote:Watched the first 3 episodes of Chuck. It's cute. It's hooked me enough to keep watching.
I was iffy about the ending while my wife was happy with it. The longer it's been since I watched it the happier I am.obhave wrote:Its a great show. Without TV I am missing promos and the like for all these new shows. I went to IMDB to find out what The Strain is and...well go to IMDB and see. I didn't have to look far.
