It's entirely possible that nobody other than me cares about this, but I was a fan of his during his time with the Pens and then was lucky enough to coach mites with him this winter. I honestly can't imagine a more humble and genuine individual, and frankly, to have carved out a 14 year career in professional hockey given his size and his type-1 diabetes is just exemplary of his work ethic and determination. He's expressed a interest in coaching and I hope he gets a shot as an assistant somewhere. Just a super smart, thoughtful guy .......

Weird seeing Chara listed with 6 goals in 237 games, basically a 2 goal season for his first 3 seasons.
