Seems like a good price. Its hard for me to say if its worth it, though. I seldom buy in such bulk, so I'd probably shy away from that and just get a bomber, but that's because I prefer use my beer dollars trying different stuff. I think the quality of the beer is easily worth more than $6/bomber.

I did not care for the Chinookie at all. Just don't like the extremely bitter hops like that.
Also, it has been a while since I have had Night of the Living Stout, and I do like hops more now, but man, I remember that was a drain pour for me 2 years ago. Seemed like a terribly bitter and unbalanced stout.

My Market District had Full Pint samplers in stock. Unfortunately they weren't on the shelves yet.

Ended up getting Shiner White Wing Belgian Ale. Made with oranges and Coriander. I have had a similar beer (Steigmeir?). Liked it. Hope this is good.

I've had the Shiner and wasn't too impressed.

Like most Shiners, it was fairly lacking in the taste department. Easy to drink, not really tasty when compared to similar beers (Blue Moon, primarily).

Shiner White Wing is OK. Not great, not bad.

The Steigmaier Belgian Ale with coriander and orange is better.

Betty IPA. Hangar 24. Upon bottle open, the pine aroma makes me search for a Coleman lantern. Very fresh. Light malt. Thanks to a trader for a heads up.

The Deschutes Twilight Summer Ale is pretty tasty. Reminds me of Ommegang 's Hop House.

Tried Utopias today. Not bad. Definitely not what I'd consider beer. It's more of a port. It would make am excellent ingredient in my bbq sauce but that will never happen...

This growler of Murray's Mead I got from Arsenal is just awesome. I liked it when I had it at Caliente's last week, but it just keeps getting better as I drink it. I may legit shed a tear when the growler runs dry.

Caliente is great. I had a 22 of Stone Belgian IPA and it was good, but more IPA than Belgium which I was cool with because it was $5 for the bottle. On a Stone kick recently. Had that beer with the peppers in it that they make, pretty good.

Good take tonight. Southern Tier 2Xone for $22 and 16oz cans of Troegenator for $32. Almost makes up for the wife's $49 case of Crabbie's.

Fat head's Beauregarde's Blueberry Belgo Sour was pretty tasty, thought it was sweeter than sour, but I enjoyed it.

Stone collective distortion imperial ipa was awesome, big tropical fruit taste with big malts

3 rivers 6 pack (delmont) had a real nice selection today. picked up a couple fathers day gifts:

Cigar City Hopped on the high seas (calypso)
Southern Tier Gemini
Founders Devil Dancer triple IPA
Dark Horse Smells like a safety meeting ipa
Sierra Nevada Hoptimum

I could have easily picked up a case in different singles that I haven't seen around often. I'm glad I don't get around to this place often or I'd probably be broke. I saw they had a few bottles from The Bruery there as well.

Drinking Ommegang's hennepin right now. Such a good beer.

Right now on tap I've got a kolsch. Earlier today watching the soccer game I decided to do a 2/3 kolsch and the other 1/3 was a 50:50 mix of lemonade and lime seltzer water. It was fantastic.

Dark horse smells like a safety meeting (formerly weed) ipa was pretty good, nothing spectacular. Smell was very nice, fruity and juicy. I wish the taste was as good as the smell. It was kinda a dull bubblegum flavor that got pretty bitter. Sweet bong water is about as accurate as I could get. Very different from a lot of ipas I've tried

Cigar City Hopped on the high seas calypso wasn't so good. My first dip into Calyspo hops and I'm not sure what to think. Very faint smell and taste. I got the slightest dried fruit taste, but it was overpowered by an onion bitterness.
