Well, I guess this all started because MT called Todarski a "battler" and a "winner." I don't think there is much to discuss on that because Todarski has excelled at every level prior to the NHL and I think that was what MT was talking about, not style points for best looking saves from a goaltender. He's pumping his tires as Luongo would say, as a HC should for a 3rd stringer suddenly thrown into a conference finals in dire circumstances. What did you expect him to say?
"Dustiny" Todarski has done a good job when it looked liked the Habs were completely finished with their best player out right away in this series. He's not "great" and will be a backup the minute that Price can skate with pads on, but great job by the guy so far. Frankie Pietrangelo agrees
Crawford is perfectly exemplifying what happens when you have an average goalie behind a really good team, when that team doesn't play real well. See: Fleury, Marc Andre.
This is how most of the series has gone. The Blackhawks get'em early and then the Kings all look at each other and nod and then take the game over. They're just hustling teams at this point...
Justin Williams said it after the Kings scored (and still trailed), "a little too aggressive boys, a little too aggressive" at the Blackhawks bench...that's so awesome...not only are they better and know it, but they're telling them what they're doing wrong on the fly...
