I feel like he needs to be an assistant coach somewhere. His message as HC has worn thin with the league but I for sure still think there's a place for him in coaching. One stipulation is that he should do all media for the team and it should be uncensored.

I don't see him getting hired anywhere for a while. The dude is a complete lunatic and seems to be hated by his players immediately upon his hiring. He hasn't been an assistant coach since the 99-00 season and seems like too much of a control freak to go back to taking orders from someone. AHL head coach seems more likely to me. He'd probably make a bunch of young guys contemplate their desire to continue their careers.

I can't see him riding the bus in the AHL.
He would be an entertaining talking head, however.

Not saying Torts didn't deserve to be fired but there seems to be a lot of knee jerk reactions in Canada in order to seemingly please fans that are desperate of immediate actions.

Between Vancouver and Toronto... a lot of splashes.... even if its just to save face.

Put him on NBC and get rid of that Fred Flintstone lookalike Mike Milbury.

I think the only thing crazier than firing him so quickly was hiring him in the first place.

Depending on the GM in Washington he might fit well for Caps.

What can he do and still collect the Vancouver $? He can't take another coaching position, but he can do TV? But I assume not take another job with an NHL team?

I wish some of thes knee-jerk reactions would result in Edmonton trading Tyler Hall to us for Joey Vitamin
