I think this is good, I kinda think this is the Edmonton rule getting 3 straight first overall picks. To bad they still suck. Also I can see with hockey the elite draft picks are worth their weight in gold, a Conner McDavid type would be worth tanking for one season trying to get that franchise player. This doesn't ensure anyone getting that player. even if your the worst team. Does make it more interesting for a lot of teams.
