The Idiot's Guide to Warz book says that's a red trick. Combine that with some of the other suspicions mentioned and I'm willing to give the idea a chance

Bomb Benny, color please.

Something seems off to me about Benny. It could be that he is rusty after not playing for awhile, not sure. Let's see how he responds to a bit of pressure.

I'd wager at least one of the last three to vote Benny are red. I was waiting to see if a bandwagon started. And it has, for no real reasoning

lol, theres not much to say. if you know my playing style at all then you know that i cherish the role of playing as a blue. i have nothing to lose and enjoy promoting banter for the greens to sift through anonymously. re-read my posts, its all there

I love this strategy. There were something like 5 votes on four guys when the work day ended. If we all sit on our hands and wait to see what happens we'd miss the deadline and get nothing out of it.

No squirming from Benny, no change in his tone:

SAVE Benny

In other news, curious how dodint hasn't been back. Despite his vow of silence he couldn't help himself day one. He had an excuse during the day, but still hasn't chimed in.

And again WK has me suspicious. Killing columbia may have seemed like an obvious frame job, but that's exactly what WK did last game. Also it conveniently got rid of the "probability of back to back reds roles" discussion. It was WK that claimed columbia doth protest too much.

Of course it appears I'm the only one feeling that way, so I'm probably missing something.

I'm fine with either a dodint or CBear vote. The Benny vote feels like an obvious diversion

This reminds me of The Wire when Scott Templeton waves his empty notepad at Gus and yells "It's all right there in my notes!". :pop:

That said, I'm not convinced that you are bad at this juncture.

Realized a hole in my WK theory. At worst he'd be independent since the reds didn't kill last night.

My reasoning for not voting dodint last game or this wa simple. I want to mod a game and killing new people, especially those who are vocal, is a way to discourage participation. But if I give you a free pass in part because you're talkative you'd better not clam up. Hence my frustration with him now.

Not voting for someone you think could possibly be bad because you're worried about participation in the next game doesn't seem like particularly good strategy to me.

speaking of talkative players i'd prefer not to vote for....i think ulf deserves a ‘see’ at night. As my pee-wee football coach would say "you're like a fart in a wind-storm". Take a look at his voting patterns, and how often he switches. And while switching in and of itself is not indicative of red play, the timing of his switches is curious. and i think once or twice he voted at the suggestion of someone else. Here’s my example

Sure, flipping heads twice in a row is a 25 percent chance, but once you do it the first time, it's 50 percent you're gonna do it again. Wait, am I really explaining this?
good explanation...and if you truly believe what you said here:
ulf wrote:Always intrigues me when people go against the random vote, there's really nothing to go on yet. Also the stats are irrelevant to this single game.

then you should be strongly considering columbia at this point...or voting on rel yourself.

Ultimately first day kills don't really matter, but let's not pretend that it's a good choice....at all.
Except you're wrong.

Yellow columbia
he could just be jazzed to be back and playing wars, though. Still worth a look imo

After work and taking my wife to treatment I didn't get home until about 5:30pm, I never made it back to a computer yesterday at all. I checked in late to the GDT and read this stuff on my phone and couldn't make heads and tails of it. By the way columbia was carrying on I would have assumed he and relental were red, but they were both blue so I'm just really bad at this and don't have a clear read on anyone for this vote.

Before I went to bed I thought of bringing the Benny vote to 7, but he doesn't give me a vibe at all and I didnt' want to contribute to that and was hoping the others would do the dirty work while I was getting ready for work. And now we're here. I'll be around all day the rest of the week if I'm still in it.
