Everything about hofbrau is meh.

Except its a great location to drink in the summer when it isnt horribly crowded.

Other than that, meh.

agreed. Their hefe is good but not amazing, but I'm not sure if I can name a single hefe that I'd consider amazing.

If you're looking to drink without the crowd outside, I've noticed business starts to picks up around 6pm, give it or take an hour.

Going to Dogfish Head tonight. I'm assuming a few doses of 90 minute and maybe a Raisson or two are on the menu for my evening....

You're going to the brew pub? You gotta go with a rarer selection than that. World wide stout, 120 minute, cask 75 minute or one of their house exclusives. Their menu is online.

Man, that makes me sad. When I went to that brew pub a few years ago, they only had 60 min, 90 min, Indian Brown and Raison.... Not that those beers aren't good, but I was hoping for a variety. Guess they've upped their game since.

depends on the place. if they ONLY fill their own growlers, then maybe, but most places fill whatever growler you bring in. for instance, I have a Rock Bottom growler (Mrs. c2i was a server there...). If I take that into get filled, I want my Rock Bottom growler back, I don't want a blank one or one from the place that I'm getting it filled.

Yes I am going to the brew pub and all locations have different menus. 90 Minute is my favorite beer on the planet and when I can drink it on tap it's a must. The Raison is probably my second favorite DFH beer.

120 minute is too rich for me....and expensive....
Not a fa of cask beers

The World Wide Stout is an option. I'll see what porters and stouts they have available at this location.

Hmm the only one I've done is North Country, I didn't realize places filled other growlers besides their own.

East End uses the same growler and will only fill an East End growler or a growler from Big Pour.
