If you had to live in one of the main castles, which one would it be?

The Eryie would be my choice.

Hmm. The Eyrie would be cool from a standpoint that it is damn near impregnable. That said, it has too many ways to accidentally off yourself... So Ima gonna go with Winterfell.

I guess that I am biased towards locations we have seen in the show. Sunspear might be interesting, but I don't really have any true visuals to go off at this point.

On another note, the Season 3 blu-ray arrived today. Despite hitting slightly on some OCD notes for being white rather than the customary black like S1+2, the packaging is pretty cool. There is a clear cover that has the shadow of a dragon on it.

I plan on watching the deleted/extended scenes in a bit.

Main Castle? Winterfell. Anywhere? Last Hearth, the seat of House Umber. First, I like it cold. Second, the Umbers strike me as fun company.

I'll spoiler my comments on the deleted/extended scenes I guess...
Spoiler:
Not a whole lot of interesting stuff there, unfortunately. Only 2 deleted scenes... the previously leaked scene between Tywin and Pycelle and one with Jon contemplating escape from the wildings... a fairly unremarkable scene.

As far as the extended scenes go, there wasn't a ton to them, at least not that I remember being different. The only thing that stuck out is that Mance shook Jon's hand after he learned that he killed the Halfhand... I don't remember that, but I think the rest of the scene was the same.

Other scenes were a brief conversation with all of his men before Robb admonished Edmure for his "victory" at The Mill... and a conversation at the Small Council about potentially sending deserters from the battle of Blackwater to The Wall... I honestly don't remember how much of this actually happened, but it was by far the best of the scenes in isolation.

I'm almost done re-watching season 3, and ...
Spoiler:
... I still can't believe that idiot Sam left the obsidian blade behind after killing that zombie dude! I learned buy now that the blade, according to the books, would be too cold to handle after the killing. Why didn't they simply incorporate that?

I'm hoping that once I get in there, I get control of it and can change the route to the inner chamber.

And I'd want to live in Kings Landing, because Dalmatia is really nice. :D

I wouldn't want to live in Kings Landing if it's during Joffrey's reign. I would be scared to death to do just about anything the wrong way.

Oh, im assuming in this question that if im living in the castle, im the lord of the castle. Assumin its peacetime, if im just someone there, winterfell is the only answer.

I started rewatching season 3 also. Not sure if I'll be able to rewatch the Red Wedding though
