I think when its 2-4 million vs 10 million its a lot different than 9-10 million vs 15 million.

I'm torn. I'd hate to see Sid lose, but the butthurt from Canada would be amazing if they lose to Latvia.

Canada losing would be too funny to resist. Plus, a semifinal matchup with them wouldn't be nearly as fun as a gold medal match. And Sid can deal. Not worried about that whole thing.

Only on the ice, maybe. Playing Canada is more like playing your brother, and backyard brother battles can get pretty intense.

Although the US team's medal chances would improve should Latvia knock off Canada, the USA is good enough to beat Canada straight up... which would be more satisfying.
