I'm glad him and Kovalchoo are going to take the brunt of the blame here. Glad Geno keeps a low profile.
So Geno has the chance of getting out of this alive??
Mr. loudmouth AO gets what he deserves...

This would be a great time for them to cut the clips of those people talking about how if this team wins gold none of the rest matters and if this team doesn't win Gold none of the rest matters.

I remember a discussion back when the rosters were released about how the Russians wanted to display that the KHL was equal to the NHL. That desire seems to have affected their in-game management as well.
I would have thought they learned their lesson after the last Olympics....

Russia's getting really good at this "getting embarrassed by Finland in winter" thing.

Maatta out there again at the end of the game. I believe he was out for the last 30 seconds of regulation against Canada too. Lots of faith in him from the Finnish coaches.

Not an upset. Weak roster and even worse coaching from Russia. Sweden/Finland will be fun.

Guess it's not that easy for the Soviets to win at hockey when they're not the only one sending their best players.

Might be a good idea to get a plane to Russia ASAP to grab Malkin before Putin sends everyone to work camps.

Geno hates Tuukka. Russian coaching seemed pretty terrible.

Who is Aaltonen? He was all over the ice, looked like a good player.
