Marginalizing Malkin doesn't appear to be a winning strategy.

I don't get this. He could be their best player. I understand the whole veteran preference thing, but the way Malkin gets used, you'd almost think the coaches either (1) don't understand hockey, or (2) hold a grudge against him for leaving for NA.

He did nothing in the last Olympics either. So much talent and so lacking inside the helmet.

Radulov was a pretty active contributor in the third period vs. the Slovaks. He did block a potential goal from Vyacheslav Voinov, but he was a fairly game competitor to make up for his slovenly play against the United States...

But yeah, he's a wanna-be Nikolay Zherdev which is something very few aspire to be...
