"going to be consumed" would be safe.

Re: GIVE ME YOUR BEER SUGGESTIONS!!
For those that have previously attended this thing (I think there have only been a couple held), are the more expensive tickets worth the money? We are hoping to post the first version of the Beer List on Tuesday, February 11. As with all of our festivals, if you are not happy with the Beer List once published, we will hapily refund your purchase. We anticipate a larger list than for our July 2013 Summer Beerfest at Stage AE.....over 300 craft beers.

"Access into the Connoisseur Reception Area (appetizer bites from 10 local restaurants each paired with a rare/super premium beer, private restrooms)"
Intriguinig.

Re: GIVE ME YOUR BEER SUGGESTIONS!!
When I went this past summer, it seemed that the more expensive tickets were worthless. The line was wrapped around almost the entire Stage AE structure/fence area, so I am quite certain that "regular" tickets were getting in at the earlier time as well. Beyond that, the special beers were already gone from prior sessions in some situations and left on after the standard start time for non-VIP to drink if there was some left.
The only thing I'll say is that the rain created a bit of a mess and they moved a lot of stuff around, so maybe that was to blame. The appetizers are intriguing.

Our friends brought us a sampler case of Magic Hat a few weeks ago. I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, but what a horrible brewery

Re: GIVE ME YOUR BEER SUGGESTIONS!!
i did the photography for our neighbor's christmas card this year. turned out really good. maybe even professional quality, dare i say. i enjoy doing it, so i didn't want anything for my services, but as payment, they gave me a sixer of magic hat #9 because they knew i liked beer. i knew, before hand, that magic hat is vile swill, but i thanked them anyways and just put it in someone else's fridge at a party the next weekend. so yes, in short:shafnutz05 wrote:Our friends brought us a sampler case of Magic Hat a few weeks ago. Re: GIVE ME YOUR BEER SUGGESTIONS!!
It's sad, because Magic Hat used to make very good beer. They are a prime example of over expanding at the expense of their product.

I like #9 as a "cool down" beer when I've had multiple beers.

I've never had any of their beer, mainly because I assumed it was one of those fake microbrew companies.
