Well, if they play Bylsma's system in the tourney, dustin brown is tailor made for it, is he not?

Re: US Olympic Team
Now we go from all the US players playing the Pens well to impress HCDB to all the US players playing the Pens well to show HCDB he was wrong.

This lineup is kind of a joke. Hope they know what they're doing.

Yeah they said they were building a full well rounded line up and roster not just best players.nocera wrote:This lineup is kind of a joke. Hope they know what they're doing.
Which is fine but a few of the names missing compared to who they could have slotted over in terms of building a "full roster" are curious.
I don't think Canada leaves a Yandle off to build a complete roster.

I'd take Brown over Ryan. Wheeler though? Not sure.

Re: US Olympic Team
I'd assume they left Yandle off for someone more defensively responsible.
Also Bobby Ryan won't be any good unless he's playing top 6.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I just don't get this. Not sure he can keep up with the speed and larger ice. Oh well, I'm sure Brooks will give it all he's got.columbia wrote:Brooks!.

Re: US Olympic Team
Suter, Martin, McDonagh and Orpik were the locks on D. The more I look at this roster, the more I like it. The only thing I strongly disagree with is Howard.
