i was just checking what the bid was as I'd half forgotten the trump suit. I get back to the end, and your observation.

then reviewing the scroll..... for a moment I thought the hand was misplayed, until I realized that while the posts were in the reverse order in the reply box preview, the content of each post was not - so redwill's QH AH post stumped me for a second. Then I realized my comprehension error, and that we were ok.

it was a 7 bid that i upped to 8 for it to go through. I had 5 clubs with 4 of the top 6 trump, WK had the joker so we we're fine on trump, but i misplayed the hand. i should have fed a low trump to WK to take with the joker to see what his off suit situation was.
