On the flip side... how can you realistically expect a coach to win with Mason/Emery in nets, that rag-tag group of defensemen, and Claude Giroux making over $8-million per year?

I met Lavy in 1998-1999 when he coached the Providence Baby Bruins to the Calder Cup.

Yep. Holmgren is the one who should be held responsible for this. How he keeps his job is beyond me.
