Looks like its people vs zombies instead of people vs poorly developed character played by bad actor. That's an improvement over last year.

The Hunter story line looks to be introduced in Season 4. Which is fantastic.

I really hope they kill off the Governor in the first couple episodes. I would even settle for them not bringing him back and leaving his fate a mystery, I just never want to see that boring d bag and his eyepatch again.

For those of us who do not partake in the graphic novels, can you please give a brief synopsis of the Hunter storyline? Thanks.

The governor needed to die in the finale. Leaving him alive not only weakened the finale, it left a character whose story really had no where else to go hanging around.

They really needed to skip that storyline altogether. I hope thats isn't the best of what was left with the story and that instead they jsut didn't want to skip anything.

I've just grown so disinterested in the show. Everyone just makes me go "Oh god, shut up" and it rolls on and on and on...

The first season was great. I know a lot of people felt things bogged down at the farm and got boring. For me, finding out if Sophia was dead or alive and the tension between Rick and Shane's relationship was quality. Things in season 3 have gotten kinda lame and boring though. Hopefully this new season is a bounceback.

I found myself not caring about Sophia. By the end of the season I couldn't remember anything about the character.

I'm just a comic reader. The farm was dragged out infinitely, the Governor wasn't villainized enough, everyone has their boohoo sadness, and after surviving on their own for so long, everyone manages to still be so stupid.

They dragged the Sophia thing out 2 or 3 episodes too long. It was obvious she wasn't going to be alive, and instead of being "sad", I felt relief when it was over.

Well I thought a litte kid disappearing and having to fend for themself in the zombie apocalypse was a pretty compelling storyline.

About this cannibalism thing: in what state is the meal (alive/dead, cooked/uncooked), when said cannibals partake in the flesh?

Spoiler:
The cooked and ate Dales OTHER leg in the comic. The story doesn't go deep into history, but the way I read it is they eat people as others may eat any animal.

I'm pretty sure that if you put Sophia in a police lineup, I wouldn't have even been able to pick her out. What did she have, about 5 total lines by the time she went missing?
