So the NHL is supposedly trying to cut down on head injuries, but still allows fighting. Makes sense to me. Where else do you aim when fighting but the head. Basically legal head shots. Oh well, lots of fans like the fights.

Yup. I'm not even a "fan" of fighting, but to remove it would be to tear the fabric of the game itself. Unacceptable.

And, all due respect to Parros, the injury itself was entirely avoidable. It wasn't a helmet issue, it wasn't a "too many punches" issue.
