Re: BATTLESTAR GALACTICA WARZ Game Thread
I dont like the fact that all the people that were in on the EPP bandwagon are now on Rel.

columbia is being too aggro to be red.
Sorry I'm late to the party. Between the newborn not knowing/night from day and the girls arguing over my phone/tablet it's a zoo at my place right now.
The monster defensive arguments in the first couple days are always a distraction to me. I like to try to vote off the previous day's vote. So I've got two thoughts:
1) There's got to be a red in the EPP vote
2) There was probably one silent as well (although day 1 silence is less of a big deal because nobody's invested yet).
Looks like the popular choices are 1) columbia, 2) rel
I put more stock in the action of voting versus non-voting/forgetting.

By that logic, go for canaan, because the only reason for a red to pile on EPP after a canaan vote started would be to save canaan.thehockeyguru wrote:Why are we going away from the EPP vote? It seems likely that a Red could have piled on especially after the Canaan train started moving a bit. What we also dont know is why did the vote split like it did?

Based on what you posted, it seemed that you were saying that shad must be bad. However, he was killed at night. So why would the reds (who kill at night) kill one of their own (shad)?columbia wrote:So am I...not sure what I was talking about there.
Then again, I have no idea what MWB was asking.

I am a bit suspicious of Pecky, due to his following my canaan vote - not because he defended thg, who seems to be playing his usual game.Crankshaft wrote:My gut feeling is still on thehockeyguru and PensHckyFan79. No one else thought that was weird?

The EPP vote was oretty much a revenge kill, for him bragging so much. If anything, the reds would be able to see that and keep their hands clean.

Sorry, posting as I catch up, so my responses aren't that efficient. A vig doesn't usually shoot this early.columbia wrote:His question still doesn't make any sense.....the vig could have killed shad.
Why assume that the reds did?

Re: BATTLESTAR GALACTICA WARZ Game Thread
I agree with that. Nobody who pushed for Canaan day 1 even considered it today. And the people who went for EPP Day 1 are now bandwagoning Rel.MWB wrote:By that logic, go for canaan, because the only reason for a red to pile on EPP after a canaan vote started would be to save canaan.thehockeyguru wrote:Why are we going away from the EPP vote? conversely, they could jump in on it not thinking it would stir any suspicion because it would be an easy kill to defendcolumbia wrote:The EPP vote was oretty much a revenge kill, for him bragging so much. If anything, the reds would be able to see that and keep their hands clean.

I said that we should allow for the possibility that he is red.
The cylons are red and he turns out to be a tunrcoat cylon. For we know, that meant he could have been a spy.
(As I said, I don't know anything about this universe.)
None of this would be an issue, if Kaizer had simply stated that shad was blue in the writeup.

Or to get the easy day 1 vote done and have cover due to it being a 'revenge kill'.

assuming I'm not dead yet... count doesn't appear to have reached 8... I am recently arrived from Colonial One after attending a meeting of the Quorum of Twelve.
Yes, the final five is a 2003 series reference, little to do with the game other than identifying that only the one known model was allied with the Colonials.

That seems like a good olde fashioned role claim.
