I don't watch the peek of the next week's episodes of any show. If the show is good enough that i'm gonna watch it, i'm gonna watch it. I don't feel any desire to get a peek at what is coming up.Spangler wrote:I thought I saw Jamie and Brienne in the previews for next week's episode.PensFanInDC wrote:As I stated above things are moving very fast. I think a lot is going to happen by mid season. One thing that can hold that off is that Daenerys wasn't in this episode so they will be heavy on her next week thereby taking time away from other characters. We may even get a full episode with Jon tossed in there. These things can slow it down if they wanted to.Idoit40fans wrote:Even not having read the books, you can tell stuff is about to go down...10 minutes a piece per story line, things should happen episode after next hopefully.
Last night was a great cliffhanger and I expect to not see Jamie/Brienne next week.
I'm really hoping they have 1 or 2 episodes primarily focusing on 1 story arch. I think Blackwater was one of the best episodes because it was focused on 1 event. It lead to better story progression.

Storm of Swords is being split in two seasons. They can slow things down a lot.

Another great episode, big improvement though 2 episodes compared to last season.

I feel like I just watched it again because I had to do a recap of it last night. Its so easy to forget entire storylines when doing such a thing.

Will anything ever happen in the Jon Snow story arc? Dude is annoying as hell.

Interesting. Why's that? Seems all that happens is a lot of pointless wandering around in the cold.Idoit40fans wrote:Thats my favorite storyline.

People need to realize that the plot doesn't even really get set until the end of Storm of Swords (so basically sometime this season or the next). Give it time....

No, it gets very, very interesting in the last two books. I'm not too sure how they'll play it out in the TV series, buy the Wall storyline is great.Gaucho wrote:Interesting. Why's that? The Wall storyline is the most important part of the entire plot. Patience...

I haven't read the books, I still find everything that has happened to him interesting though. You can cherry pick large parts of any storyline and say that nothing is happening in them.

Daenerys for instance. Her story in the TV show bores me. If I hadn't read the books I would be hopeful for bad things to happen to her.Idoit40fans wrote:I haven't read the books, I still find everything that has happened to him interesting though. Haha, I have no interest in that story other than seeing the visual effects on the dragons...or are those real dragons? If so, they are well trained.

My favorite thing about Sam is that you could watch an episode(that Sam was in) on mute without trying to read lips, and when someone said the name Sam, you would know exactly which character it was.
