I would never wish an injury on a player, but after all the glee I've had to hear on New England sports radio recently regarding the Crosby injury, I do kind of wish an injury on their fan base.

Poor guy. Dude is a class act and a hell of a hockey player. Did anybody see the video of the play he got the concussion? It was a pretty harmless elbow bump to the head, scary to see how easily he got concussed. Get well soon, Patrice.

Dude is a huge part of that team. His career has to be considered in jeopardy at this point, he's had a few concussions and that one seems to have come extremely easily.

It's weird because I think he went all of last season without one and he had to have taken way more vicious hits to the head than that. Maybe this one caught him in the worst possible spot but still, getting a moderate concussion from a blow like that certainly doesn't bode well for his future.

There really does come a point where you just wish for the guy's well being. I hate to see any player injured, especially a head injury. But concussions can impact people's ability to function normally if they are severe enough. I'd never want to see that happen.

I like Bergeron's game a lot. Sheesh. Poor Boston. Mark Savard was only a couple years ago too.

He needs to stop putting himself in position to get hurt. He leaned down in the slot for a puck at elbow level, he can't do that. The guy that hit him was just moving.

He also tried for a high hit on Sonnenberg and ended up head butting his shoulder. Savard would also lean in head first on some hits.

Hope he will be OK but he could have avoided that.

Good guy Patrice. Hopefully he recovers quickly, it's always scary when a guy who almost had his career ended because of concussion gets another one.
