sure did. assumed to have to do that to clear a roster spot. wouldn't be shocked if Hall gets waived again.Beveridge wrote:Didn't Tampa waive Adam Hall earlier this year?

Pierre Lebrun is saying that the Stars are now looking to trade Jagr. May end up in Boston.
That could get interesting 'round here.

Panic move by Bruins if that is true. Jagr isn't even close to Iginla.

No the same type of player, but I think Jagr is better than most give him credit for still.

Jagr also had Jamie Benn setting him up. Iginla had Tanguay, Stajan, and Glencross. Nowhere near the same playmaking talent.

Re: Around the League: Transactions
Jagr has played with Eakin and Roy the same amount of time as he has been with Benn. He even had to drag Morrow around for a few games, that was terrible.MRandall25 wrote:Jagr also had Jamie Benn setting him up. Iginla had Tanguay, Stajan, and Glencross. Nowhere near the same playmaking talent.

And Derek Roy is still a better option than the players I mentioned.Lesky wrote:Jagr has played with Eakin and Roy the same amount of time as he has been with Benn.MRandall25 wrote:Jagr also had Jamie Benn setting him up. Jagr won't help the Bruins. Actually, I hope he goes up and becomes the cancer that he is.Lesky wrote:Jagr has played with Eakin and Roy the same amount of time as he has been with Benn. Jagr was great for the Flyers and Dallas, ask anyone who followed these 2 teams the last seasons.Kovy27 wrote:Jagr won't help the Bruins. Maybe he was a cancer, 15 years ago, I do not know. But not now for all information that has been coming out the last 2 years.

Jagr was very good for the young Dallas players. He isn't much of a cancer anymore.

Yeah, there've basically been exclusively glowing reviews of Jagr as a teammate since his return to the NHL. He's not a cancer. Sigh, I can't believe I get so bothered by the Jagr hate every time he gets talked about. Just can't conceive of hating Jagr.
