Too early to predict final Eastern standings?

Post by MarioLives »

Thoughts on the final seeds? Who will be 8th and who will win the South East? Lots of interesting battles right now.

My prediction:
Pittsburgh
Boston
Washington
Montreal
Toronto
Ottawa
New York Rangers
Philadelphia

Seems barring a major collapse the top 5 teams (not seeds) are PIT-BOS-MTL and OTT-TOR in those tiers.

looking more and more like only the SE winner will get in. So that leaves NJ/NYI/NYR fighting for the last two slots.

I think I speak for Pens fans everywhere when I say "Let's Go Rangers!"

NJ and NYI tend to give them fits, but they own NYR.

Winnipeg.

However, it is too early. Let the deadline get past us and a few games.
