Jason Pominville was asked to give 8 teams he would not be traded to. As well, Vanek sounded like he knew his name was on Regier's block for the next 40 hours.

Pominville's 8 teams listed are as follows: Leafs, Leafs, Leafs, Leafs, Leafs, Leafs, Leafs, and Panthers.

Nothing new. If the Flyers, Capitals, and Sabres all miss the playoffs, I will be the happiest man alive. Well, no, if the Pens win the Cup plus the previous sentence come true I will be the happiest man alive.Lt. Re: Around the League: Transactions
It was because the worlds greatest player got checked last night. Cleanly I might add, and vorachek stepped in, kept his visor on, cross checked olesky in the face and then proceeded to get thrown out... Leading scorer playing the enforcer role.. So they go get a goon... So the rest of the jagoffs can continue to be jagoffsLt. Rosehill started the 2009–10 NHL season on the starting roster for the Toronto Maple Leafs, and in his third game, he scored his first NHL goal against Marc-Andre Fleury of the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Re: Around the League: Transactions
Who hasn't scored their first goal against the Pens.
If Pens get the 1 seed, I would call up a bunch of minor league guys for the playoffs since the 8th seed is playing with house money anyhow. We'd sweep the Pens.

So it looks like I won't have to burn a vacation day to see Deadline Day special unless I want to see nonstop coverage of where Ryane Clowe might be going.

Only thing I really remember of Rosehill was getting beat down by anyone he fought when he played against us. Hopefully that continues

Same here. Kinda wish that he could have stuck around.
But with the Pens' top 6 being what it is, does he turn into the player that he is in Columbus?

Re: Around the League: Transactions
He's still only a .5 PPG player in his time with the Jackets.
The bad thing about that is, it makes him one of the better players on the team because they can't score goals.

Told the Dallas Stars have decided to trade Jaromir Jagr. My sense is Boston leads the list of front-runners

Bizarre return. Sort of. Waiver wire and a throwaway pick. Interesting.canaan wrote:for Adam Hall and a 2013 7thcanaan wrote:Marc Andre Bergeron (TBL) to Carolina
