Sorry I don't trust you when you've been all over the place this game. I've been suspicious of you since Day 2. You haven't done anything to take it away, even by claiming the doc role. It's a perfect play to take off some of the suspicion from yourself.

Best possible time to do it. By claiming angel after the mods gave us no specific role info for LITT, you could skate free and clear to the end. If we trust you, it leaves you immune from a day vote and as 'angel' you would be able to 'protect' yourself from the reds at night (to explain why they don't come after you). Actually it was a smart, gutsy play with big-time potential.

And why else would you come out when you did? If you came out now, you must be able to protect yourself every night. So why not reveal yourself after shaf died? Why now? Because no one can refute your claim.

I think you explained it fairly well to Mrandall earlier:

We take what he said, how he said it, and when he said it and process it through a decidedly non-logical filter to get a sense. A feeling, if you will.

In a game with 19 players, there were almost certainly only three greens to start. Two are now dead - The Pirate King (seer) and Trusty First Mate who would IMO logically be the angel.
