WW XXIV: An Ode to lycanthropy (Game Thread)

Post by canaan »

In the little ol' town of Bloodbathlehem, there was a stir abrewin'.
The line between the good and bad was hardly accrue'n.
The villagers hoped that they could solve the case,
Of the murderous lycans munching the race.
18 players are to grace this stage,
Days become argumentative, accusatory rage.
Nights become silent and filled with a tremble,
As the deleterious pack begins to assemble.
The soldiers of chartreuse quietly aim to thwart,
As the survivors scramble and head for a port.
The moderator is I, for this devilish affair,
The game now begins so pull up a chair.

Redwill has subscribed to this warz game iteration
His coupleting ability will be nice for this fictional nation
SDD has joined with a more simplistic approach,
Will he be a night terror ready to poach?
mrandall has come along for a most interesting addition
his streak on the line for canaan's rhyming mission
kaizer is another el gipper to commit to the town
his usage of haiku was no reason to frown
relantel has purchased a ticket to ride
and upgraded the locks in his panic room to hide
macbunchofnumbers has ridden his fourwheeler into the village
Will he be productive or wager to pillage?
the errey i breathe has come from the shadow
Where the hell have you been? smoking trees in colorado?
Troy Loney the veteran joins this ill-fated troupe
A savior is he or a detriment to the group?
shafnuts will be joining us with all of his fury
simpleminded is he so the others need not worry
Letang is the truth, but is that what hes tellin'
is there justice in his heart or does he have the mind of a felon?
Cbear3 was a baddy recruit in redwill's world,
this time around has yet to be unfurled.
Kraftster the humble has entered the fray,
how long will the night terrors allow him to play
MWB is another veteran in this little town of ours,
will he be a regular player or have special powers?
DocEmrick sneaks in as a late entrant to the story.
even though in his games the tales never...
rylan was one of the four i had missed
apologies to all, please dont be pissed.
willie kool, overlooked, is ready to sleuth
will he be a villager or carry a wolf's tooth
obhave, a fair lass, has purchased a ticket
to the little ol' town where the fences are picket
ulf will be moving in next door,
will he be a gentleman or be looking to score

These, fair people, are the players this round.
Some will be obnoxious while others make no sound.
I hope that entertainment and fun is to be had,
In this little ol' game of finding who's bad.
If you have any questions, dont be afraid to pm me whenever,
but those responses, im afraid, wont be couplets most clever.
Lynch in the yellow if you are sure of your choice,
Save in the navy if you've had a change of voice.
Talking at night is allowed if you must,
But be weary of words from those you dont trust.
And finally, my friends, ill leave you these words:
"PARTICPATE, IDJITS, DONT BE SUCH TURDS!"

The townspeople settled in for an average night in the limits
A township, dear people, full of numskulls and dimwits
There was no police force or those to protect from fires
No municipal roads or telephone wires
No internet connection nor NHL network
No stores for spices like oregano or jerk
Needless to say, that this village is bland
Until this particular night where evils at hand
As the townspeople settle at a quarter past 8,
A tribe full of evil puppies planned something late
As the idjits fell sleep dreaming of Jeff Dunham,
The lycans stepped out of the shade; the evil has come.

They strolled past the posters of their Hero, Giroux
They strolled past the outhouses where the human go poo
They strolled to a house of a man most humble,
and devoured his body with nearly no grumble.
They ravaged his body til only a spine remains,
oddle enough they found no brains.

The idiot villagers lost a member that night,
with no one to save him or put up a fight,
But what was the color of the man krafster, the humble?
Alas, he was blue, no need for the town to crumble.

The next day the town gathered in Idiot Hall
To start pointing figures with their cerebellums so small.
With 17 villagers remaining this day,
it takes a 9 vote majority to end someone's play.

The deadline for the meeting is around 3 today
Unless you reach quorum with no areas gray.

How are we supposed to trust that Shad isn't red and is using last game as an excuse?

Just curious

I'm not trusting that Shad is blue or anything, however hard it pains me to admit it, he's a solid villager when blue, and he's a vocal participant. I guess i'd word it like, he's more of an asset as a villager than a danger as a red at this point.

lol, thanks Troy

I am obviously speaking with my best interests at heart, but especially after Kraftster getting offed, I think we'd be better off going after someone that wasn't around at all last game

But given what you just said, wouldn't it be in Shad's best interest to play the "I got killed first last game" card, if he were red, to gain the trust of people who think he's a townie?

I'm not ready to lynch anyone yet, but it's very suspicious.

I'm just saying if I were red, I would love to knock out shad and kraftster as fast as i could in this game. His defense was pretty much just whining about he got killed at the begininning of last game too.

lol, what are you trying to prove? Yes, of course I am. I don't see how wanting to actually play in this game makes me suspicious
