Re: *** The P-HMaPoAC Game Thread ***
I think it would be a dumb play for a red to target the angel the next day in the way that Benny did. I don't think Benny is red. I do think it was a little questionable, on Benny's part, to basically say that mac is a role player without having anymore information/help to point to whether he is a green or a red.

A good amount of people haven't showed face yet. If anything a quick vote from the people that are around right now would be the least beneficial thing to do.

Well, now that we can no longer take advantage of the Angel's anonymity, i guess i can explain. If the reds knew of the Angel, via their attempted kill, depending on their savvy they may want to either A) know for sure by jump starting a bandwagon any chance they got on the Angel, to force them out. Or B) stay clear, not throw any votes, knowing full well that when pressed the angel would have a 'get out of jail free' card and they might then be suspected of the former.Willie Kool wrote:Questioning whether it helped the reds or 'us', and then going after mac is at least a little suspicious IMO and deserves some heat.Benny Fitz wrote:so i'm red because i post about 'discretion', then follow-up by sniffing out the RP in question, is that it?Willie Kool wrote:I was thinking c2i, LITT, or canaan based on the day 1 vote, but I believe mac and think he's right about the reds trying to get him voted out if they failed to kill him last night.

hence my saying that mac could have at least waiting a little longer before he fired back at me. Because he came out so quickly, not only did he out himself where he might have otherwise not had to if the vote never took off, but he also stymied our chances of putting together a list of suspects via bangwagoning reds.

Think Benny is a smarter player than to pull a move like that, but who knows. If he is red, he posts that and the angel is exposed. But what does that matter? Doesn't help the reds.Willie Kool wrote:Questioning whether it helped the reds or 'us', and then going after mac is at least a little suspicious IMO and deserves some heat.Benny Fitz wrote:so i'm red because i post about 'discretion', then follow-up by sniffing out the RP in question, is that it?Willie Kool wrote:I was thinking c2i, LITT, or canaan based on the day 1 vote, but I believe mac and think he's right about the reds trying to get him voted out if they failed to kill him last night.

2 - Benny Fitz (mac5155, Willie Kool)
2 - Willie Kool (kaizer, EPP)
9 needed to lynch
And Benny Fitz, no more talk about bangwagoning. This is a family board

Why are those three suspicious based on day 1?Willie Kool wrote:I was thinking c2i, LITT, or canaan based on the day 1 vote, but I believe mac and think he's right about the reds trying to get him voted out if they failed to kill him last night.

we're not completely SOL.... I'm thinking that it's more than likely that mac can save himself every night. He was protected last night (presumable from a self-save) and would have undoubtedly saved himself night one.
so really, we got the write-up we’re used to at the expense of elevated post-counts.
“mac was targeted for a nasty kill.
But mac was saved by Providence or something like it!”

Guessing cause they're the people that voted on day 1. That's why I think it would be foolish to just run up another 10 votes with the people currently on right now.MWB wrote:Why are those three suspicious based on day 1?Willie Kool wrote:I was thinking c2i, LITT, or canaan based on the day 1 vote, but I believe mac and think he's right about the reds trying to get him voted out if they failed to kill him last night.

Benny seems too convenient a play here. Not sure I buy WK vote either, but unless something else comes up.

The random.org is a free chance for the reds if no one beats them to it. Past games, there's almost always a red early on a day 1 vote to lynch a blue.Troy Loney wrote:Guessing cause they're the people that voted on day 1. One of the three WK mentioned does make some amount of sense with his reasoning. Of course, a lot of times the reds will just sit back and do nothing on day one and let the chaos ensue, knowing that everyone who does something is going to be a target. So who hasn't posted yet?
