the clique left a pop-up debacle on the LGP servers and drove the board members crazy. they assumed that the admin wanted to maximize his revenues during the NHL lockout. there was bedlam on the board and an overthrow of the forum seemed like it was going down. the clique convinced the board members that a new admin was in order, so they overtook the board and a ban was in order. the moderators were holding off, but who knows for how much longer.

columbia was my first inclination, and think that's the way to go now. He put an early vote on ulf, then pulled off, then went back on him after LITT came in. SDD actually called out both ulf and WK before LITT posted, so he seems pretty legit to me.
