Pre-game Yeti Imperial Russian Stout this evening. An excellent, excellent standard of the class. Actually has the viscosity of motor oil.

Eh, this stout is a little TOO thick. The aftertaste is very bitter.

every time i'm on beer advocate, i always picture the Bros as 2 dudes with backwards ballcaps and popped collars playing beer pong with german hefeweizens and world class IPAs. that's a funny image to me.

Yep...andeddysnake wrote:Anyone ever try southern tier unearthly?
Very, very tasty. It's an Imperial IPA, and you'll definitely notice the malty balance. I very much enjoyed it, but it kicked my butt.
I had one at the Wexford Ale House (22oz bottle), and I've seen the same at Fresh Markets.

Re: GIVE ME YOUR BEER SUGGESTIONS!!
Weyerbacher Autumnfest is a personal favorite. Its nothing earth-shattering, but its a good fall beer that you can drink 6-8 of in a day. Sometimes fall beers can be too malty to be sessionable but not Autumnfest.
