Shaf could have still won it as an independent, so I don't regret that.

I see now that it says he was an ally of the subconscious. I just figured he was on his own the way he presented it.

i mean it all worked out for the best, but i would have liked to see shaf join up with us and help out instead of dying like a rat.

Village: Offer us power
Shaf: All that I have and more. Please.
Village: Offer me everything I ask for.
Shaf: Anything you want...
[village stabs shaf in stomach]
Village: We want SDD back, you sob.

Yeah, I'm sure if the opportunity to win had presented itself, shaf would have crossed the village and taken it.

Shad had a choice to either help/not help the village. His goal was always to kill Dom Cobb, but he could have gone about it in various ways, i.e telling the village what he uncovered, or just doing it himself.

What backfired is when Shad used one of his daytime PM's....and sent it straight to canaan (who played the game geniously imo, voting on columbia, which lead to Shad's ultimate decision to PM him out of everyone)

A lot of experimental elements, such as the location phases affecting the time of votes backfired, and will have to be reworked in my future games, but that'll all be explained in the post-game.

shaf should have lied a little bit. if he'd said "i'm mal cobb, ally of the subconcious", instead of spilling the beans about everything, he wouldnt have gotten the axe.

well, maybe. couldnt tell who was what even after they were outed.

You shouldn't regret killing me. I was clueless and useless and it was for the good that I went away.

But I agree with you about shaf. It was a cool role to play but we (meaning mainly Pavel and me) hounded him to death. Frankly, I would have rather seen an interesting indy win than anything else.

Yeah, it's tough to tell if that would have worked. Maybe so. There would have been a ton of questions about his role and why he's an ally and if he's green and all that. It's a really tough spot to be in, and I think Shaf did the best he could with it. You'll have some players who will believe what's said and see how far to go with it, and then you'll have players like me who just say we should kill him. It's almost impossible once you have to come out to try to work your way through it.

Yes! Glad my team won. Great game Doc! Interesting and challenging as usual. I thought for sure it was over for us after I was killed. Great job c2i and cbear. Congrats c2i and village!

I had a suspicion that Doc had given the reds a day kill since with the rules he laid out I would have been invincible unless the village killed me on consecutive days. I could protect myself and one other person each night and could prevent a vote off during the day every four days. We had no idea columbia was red when I first voted for him using random.org. It just happened to come up columbia. I have to confess that it wasn't the first random list I ran though as I believe cbear or c2i came up the first time I ran it.

Once he claimed the assassin role, we had to get some clarification from Doc on whether that role really existed or not. Once he confirmed that it didn't exist, we came up with the plan to say that I was the seer. I changed the plan to not obviously come out right away and see how people reacted to my claim, and then eventually come out if not enough people believed me.

Good work by canaan to agree with me. That threw me off, but c2i saw through it and we almost investigated him the night after columbia died. Instead we went with PB, who came back as blue. I was eventually going to tell everyone he was blue but was killed before I had the chance. I was stalling to get reactions from everyone. Good job to the reds as well.

It really was the most fun I've had in a warz game in a long time. The twists, interaction, and mystery was completely enthralling

I felt bad for him because he really wanted to interact but kept shying back because he wasn't sure he was all there.

Yea, I am really sorry guys. Pre game I thought I would be able to do more, but during the game I was having difficulties and apologize for everything.
