Did Madden get a new deal? I turned him on yesterday and heard him say you will hear "More Madden, less music." It was at the tail end of what he was saying, so I missed the entire thing.

Not sure if he got a new deal, but he recently tweeted that his show will feature less music.

Speaking of commercials. That is the majority of The Fan. I swear the amount of actual show is probably 40% with commercials/pre-recorded bumps being 60%.

Between tow shoes, and the Fan has been talking about Ben having his baby, 4 months from now for an hour and a half.

And I just can't do Vincent and Ronald anymore. Cook needs to pick either unbearably monotone or talk unbearably slow, can't be both. And just can't listen to Vinnie say sports radio ninety three seven da fan every 8 seconds anymore

Vinny and Cook is the worse example of Sports Radio i have ever witnessed. I stopped listening a long time ago. Ron Cook has to be the most miserable human in existence. Vinny is just an idiot who can't do sports radio or ANY RADIO for that matter. Seems like a nice enough guy but he is just a train wreck on the air.

The Fan as a whole is just poison to the world of Sport Radio. The fact that it even has existed for as long as it has truly amazes me. There has to be some absurdly stupid people listening to give them any ratings at all.

I don't know what took me so long but it hit me today that Josh Miller is so totally stealing a paycheck from that station.

I liked him in the beginning because he admitted he had no experience with it and was actually going out of his way to learn the ropes. Watched all Pens games and talked about how he's trying to learn more about hockey and he came a long way from when you started, but outside of football, he adds absolutely nothing to any discussion.

My hatred for Vinny, Cook and Miller... Hell, most of the people on The Fan outside of Chris Mueller is so thick and rich you could drizzle it on pancakes. That's how much i despise the people on the air for that station. Tim Benz makes me feel warm and fuzzy in comparison.
