I would always try to be polite and call out that I was passing someone usually on the left but occasionally on the right.

1) When I call out that I'm passing on someone's left they look over their right shoulder if I'm on your left there's no point in looking over your right shoulder. Don't look over your shoulder just move to your right.
2) People on bikes wearing headphones. You're moving too fast on a bike to be listening to music, you're going to miss something. Take the headphones out.
3) Those @#$! extendable dog leashes. I was passing a guy the other day he got to the side but didn't pull his dog leash in and I almost hit the dog.
4) People who don't call out when their passing
I'd love it if they made these trails bikes only but that's not gonna happen, so I'll just say- people who don't clean up after their dogs when they take a dump on the trail.

One trail I rode on, people had ridden horses on. Yeah, thanks.

I just got a bike and have been riding around south park too. I second the headphones, you need to really alert or your going to take out a pedestrian. people are just aloof, riding along corrigan is certainly not an enjoyable experience....I ride alongside it to get to this one pavillion that I like to go hang out and read at. It's only walkers coming the other direction that seem to piss me off, they either refuse to give you an ounce more space or they're not tugging their dog's over to let you get pass.....I might just Matt Cooke the next jerkoff in the face who squeezes me over to the guard rail again cause he can't waddle a foot over to the right when i'm coming past.

A co-worker and I ordered Jimmy Johns for lunch. Her total was $7.60 + tip. I pass this information on to her and she gives me $8 and asks if that is enough. I always like to give the Jimmy John's driver a decent tip because...

1. We order from them all of the time
2. They are freaky fast when it comes to delivery

I hate cheap people.

I hate when your using the automatic checkout at Giant Eagle, the bigger one with the belt on it that takes your stuff to the bag area.
I'm finished scanning and I'm bagging fairly quickly. The next person always seems to start running their stuff through the scanner and on to the belt while I am still bagging. The only way to stop this is for me to start putting their stuff into my bag I think.

I hate when you order food at the bar and the bartender ends her shift in the middle of your time at the place, because i feel obligated to not only tip her based on the price of my meal/drinks, but then i have the guilt riding in the back of my mind to tip the new bartender as well. the bartender double dip, if you will.

Most bartenders I know will tell you that the person serving you the food should get the tip. If you order an extra drink or two, maybe throw the new bartender a couple of bucks, but the tough part is for them to make sure that you got what you ordered and that you're satisfied with it, whoever did that should get the tip.

Saw a convertible BMW on 79 this morning with a "Twilight- Team Edward" license plate frame.

I don't recall the last time I was so irrationally peeved. I'm not even really sure why.

I am peeved at many driver’s behaviors at on-ramps that become their own lanes. The ramp coming from southbound McKnight road to 279 is a great example, as I pass that location at least five times a week. That on-ramp becomes its own lane and takes 279 south from two to three lanes. It is several miles until you have the split of 579 from 279. Yet many drivers seem to act like that right lane is mined and they must GET OUT NOW OR DIE. I’ve nearly been sideswiped on multiple occasions by inattentive drivers that immediately try to get into the center or left lane without due regard for people who are already on 279. Earlier this week, someone coming from McKnight pulled right in front of me doing maybe 15 mph less than I was, and I had to really check up. I decided to slow up and ride behind that person to see where he was going. Did he need to be in the left or center lanes? Well, about 1 mile later he merged BACK into the right lane and took the exit to 28 and the north shore. He could have just stayed in the right lane the entire time.

Well said Shyster on the mine thing.

While we are talking about drivers, I think I may have mentioned this before, but say you have a two lane road with an ambulance coming the other way. Nothing to worry about, right? Yet, people will STOP their effing car and pull halfway onto the shoulder (while still blocking your side of the road). Are you serious? This isn't a freaking Sherman tank coming down the road towards you, it is an ambulance that can fit comfortably on its side of the road. Idiots.

:thumb: This drives me nuts as well. I believe the law states that you are supposed to pull over regardless, but I don't believe in following stupid rules, which is why I also don't drive 15 mph in a school zone unless I see children nearby and school is in session. I'll slow down but I'm not going to go at a speed just a notch of idiling.

Ambulances are driving bombs with numerous dangerous things in back. For the safety of the paramedics riding in bouncing box with numerous dangers inside, I will pull over so they can safely pass.

Problem with that is, with the school zones I drive through, there's always a cop sitting over a hill or behind some trees, so going more than 20 = ticket.

i do the ambulance pullover. i wasn't aware of the law or anything - just following people's lead. it's such a rare thing to happen that it doesn't bother me.

I do the same thing. You never know if the ambulance will need to pull into your lane, better to just stop and let the thing pass through...nothing worse than the jerkoff who speeds through and cuts everyone off as they start back up again, now that is something to get peeved about.

women that drive full size trucks and suvs that aren't really good at it, especially parking
yeah there is a learning curve to it (sorry to everyone on my street that got a little love while i was making the jump from a legacy to a ram) but for god sake under no circumstance should you have to pull in and back out and pull back into a spot more than twice
if you do, hey **** genius, the spot is too little!

My ex used to say that teenage girls are the worst and most dangerous drivers on the road....Can't say that I disagree with her (on that point).

Teenage girls will wreck more, but teenage boys wreck worse. I am generally petrified to ride with girls my age cause I get nervous with some of the stuff they pull. Not all mind you, but enough that I am uneasy about it.

I really hate when I read an article that ends up being absolutely terrible that does not include any insight or anything substantial thus wasting my time. Sucks major ones.

I hate when a place that accepts debit / credit cards cannot because their system is down. I understand that technology isnt perfect, but I was at Kennywood yesterday and their system was down all day, so none of the food stands could take anything but cash. Which leads me to...

My biggest pet peeves, paying to use ATM machines. I am not cheap by any means, except when it comes to paying to use an ATM.

Just noticed this again this morning, but why do people go down to a hotel breakfast bar in their pajamas and socks (no shoes)? You aren't at home you dirty bum, at least put some shoes on for God's sake

I have seen people get booted out of the breakfast bar for not wearing shoes. One was a Mom with her kids, and she made a stink. Uncomfortable.......

Corollary is all the people who go through the security line at the airport barefoot. Hey, do what you want, but if thousands of people go through the line with bare feet every day, personally I'm going to wear something with socks.

My credit union charges none of their own fees, and rebates up to $8 per account per month of owner's bank ATM fees. Peeve averted (other than that it's out of my account until the statement cuts).

Oh my yes. It absolutely sickens me when I see someone going through security in flip flops or similar. So gross
