Wow the Coyotes whine and dive a lot. That hit on Rosi looked painful, tho.
Glad to see the Kings move on.

Re: Non-Pens NHL Games Thread
Coyotes fans just throwing trash all over the ice. I get that you're mad but that's just unnecessary, and it's not helping the perception that Phoenix is a bad hockey market/fanbase. Stay classy, Phoenix.

That knee was no more intentional than Rupp's on Staal. He even got the shoulder first. Complain some more

Re: Non-Pens NHL Games Thread
8 straight road wins for the Kings in these playoffs. Absurd.
That punk Smith is going to get his sometime next season. The one-handed chop on Brown in Game 2 and then the attempted swing at Richards on the GWG. Uncalled for...someone needs to run him like that Blackhawks player did in the 1st round, except this time, knock his dumb *** out.

Re: Non-Pens NHL Games Thread
At least the NHL is guaranteed a good storyline for the SCF.
LA vs NY is the battle of the major markets, east coast vs west coast.
LA vs NJ is the battle of teams in the Kovy sweeps. Did he make the right decision or did he get Hossa'd

I really hope Shane Doan doesn't ever become a penguin. People are calling for it. I hate that guy.

Re: Non-Pens NHL Games Thread
And in local news...........
...... I'll bet the Kings still don't get the same press coverage for being 12-2 in the playoffs and advancing to the Finals as the Clips or Lakers did for losing.
Seriously, I'll be willing to bet that half the local talk radio tomorrow will be about basketball, half of what's left will be about the Los Doyers and the Angels, and as the fade out music is playing the host will say "Oh yeah, the Kings start the Stanley Cup playoffs or something next week."
Still not a Kings fan, but my two best buds at work are from NY and NJ. One's a Rags fan, the other is a Devils fan. We've all decided to go to a Finals game, availability permitting.

Re: Non-Pens NHL Games Thread
Oh, and the 'Yotes are a punk franchise full of punk players and fakers who should take a headfirst dive into an empty swimming pool.
Honestly, I watched Game 1 of this series, some of Game 2, and the 3rd period and OT of tonight's game. What a pathetic bunch of half-arsed Lougainises, flopping all over the place. Honestly can't say I was upset when Rosy got hurt just a couple minutes after that pathetic dive from the stick to the back of the knee.
