Another reason for the Angel not coming out would be reds slipping up later in the game because they know who the angel is when talking about someone to possibly kill. I've seen it happen where because they know who the role player is and in their ruse to act town they out themselves because they let it slip that they know who the angel is. There is no reason for the Angel to come out right now.

Your reasoning is later in the game anyone could claim and we won't know, guess what if they claim now we won't know either. There's no reason for the angel to out themselves. Much more info could be gained from them waiting to claim and dissecting the train that was started on them. Further IF two people claimed angle we make that trade (as in kill them both) every day of the week. Only three reds in a game with 16 people left is an easy decision, heck in a game that has 10 people left if two people claim angel and there are only 3 reds left its still a good trade for the village especially with the seer already dead. So once again no, there's no good reason for the angel to come out right now. If we run into two people claiming it at some point which is your doomsday scenario you kill them both because the town has a pretty overwhelming majority in this game.
