I know they didn't give them the goal but you took a team that was dominating on the PP off the PP. The Sedin "hook" was beyond weak. Unless you are denying that the refs call and have always called games to the situation and not to the rules. This is an NHLN afternoon game of the SC rematch... can't let the score get out of control since Boston's PK apparently can't kill a penalty. Gotta help them out and stop the bleeding. Refs do this in every game.npv708 wrote:lol. Yes. Giving a team a powerplay = scoring the goal for them.bhaw wrote:They gave them the 4 on 4, did they not?npv708 wrote:Clearly the refs scored that goal for the Bruins.

Talking about your "bias" statement. If my bias is affecting how I see the game and yours is affecting you, what's the point of bringing it up?npv708 wrote:I said I wil. How about the two back-to-back calls that led to the game tying goal for the Canucks? Those we're far weaker calls that led to a goal.bhaw wrote:I know they didn't give them the goal but you took a team that was dominating on the PP off the PP. The Sedin "hook" was beyond weak. I'm not the one saying that the "Bruins always get amnesty from the league" and "refs gave the Bruins a goal."bhaw wrote:Talking about your "bias" statement. I hate the Canucks, but I'm not going to call conspiracy on the league.

Re: Non-Pens NHL Games Thread
Again, I apparently don't understand the points you are trying to make. Ballard has made low hits in the past, so it's 100% ok for Marchand to injure someone with a low hit. The refs made a bad call earlier so now it's ok to make more bad calls to affect the game. Are these really what you are trying to push, because that is how it sounds?npv708 wrote:How about the two back-to-back calls that led to the game tying goal for the Canucks? Sounds like you feel the league protects the Bruins far more than other teams.bhaw wrote:For once the Bruins weren't given amnesty for being cheap.
Most people would consider that a conspiracy, hon.

3 of those were the same penalty because the Bruins PK sucks today (Marchand's major... every goal counts as a new PP). VAN has had 9 separate PPs while Boston is up to 5 already.llipgh2 wrote:So the Canucks have had 11 power plays?

Has it ever been brought up that Luongo looks a lot like John Turturro?
