Filliponi (6:00-10:00) has a high pitched nasily voice that is annoying.

I'd say Starky could be classified as high pitched and nasaly. Filijabroni is whiny and super nasaly, but he's evenings.

Filaponi also constantly cuts people off. He's confrontational to people who disagree, and he doesn't start or guide a conversation ever. Just one point hammered home for 4 hours.
