i rarely do as i try to catch as many Z's as possible, but on the rare occasion that i do its something that i can walk away from at any time, like sportscenter.

NHL On the Fly during the season and ESPN News otherwise....I can't handle much beyond that before I leave the house.

i usually listen to music in the morning. i used to watch NHL on the fly, but it's sucks hard anymore. they just HAD to add in studio commentary to the highlight clips.

Adrian could have gone home a few times as well. He had as many WTF dishes as he did great ones (Such as the one which prompted the colostomy bag remark from Gordon).

To me, they seemed fairly evenly matched in the finale... good appetizer, great entree, **** desert. I wasn't going to be "shocked" either way.
