I am at GetGo yesterday to get gas. The place is packed - all the pumps are full and more than half of them had a car waiting. I am waiting behind this guy who is filling up his work van. No big deal, big van, so it's going to take a lot of gas. I am sitting there for at least 5 minutes and the guy is still pumping, and he gets 2 giant gas containers out of his van to fill up. The guy obviously saw me pull up behind him, he could had the courtesy to mention that he was going to be a while. I was not happy about it.

Speaking of common sense...

Fuel perks allow up to 30 gallons. I drive a truck that holds 26, and most of the time when I redeem my fuel perks I fit about 22-23 gallons into my truck. Those extra 6-7 gallons are going in gas cans fo sho.

Speaking of courtesy...

That was hartnell-y to not tell you that he was going to be a while, although I have been at GetGo when the place is jammed and the pumps are just SOOOOO SLOOWWWWWWW.

When other people have a whole lot of unread emails in their inboxes. It has nothing to do with me, but for some reason if someone wants to show me an email on their computer and I see that they have 1000 unread email it makes me cringe.

One of my old go-to office pranks preyed upon such sloppy email management.

Wait until said inbox perpetrator leaves their desk, go to their computer and bring Outlook into focus, highlight every message in their inbox and hit 'Enter'. Watch their head explode when they return and have to close 1,000+ messages before they can do anything. Some older computers would actually freeze, there were so many windows open.

Restaurants that insist on publishing their menus in massive PDFs.

yeah, why are some of these PDFs upwards of 10 MBs?

Who in their right mind needs a PDF of a menu?

Some restaurants change their menus frequently (as you should, with the changing seasons). Perhaps it's easier to simply replace a pdf file than the whole page?

Now when they start pumping, yours slows down (I checked this at Sheetz, not sure it happens everywhere, but I imagine it does). Thanks a lot guy.

I HATE when people half pay attention to a story until it piques their interest than they want the whole story retold to them so they can get caught up. Or alternatively, when they stop to ask about irrelevant details. So I was walking down the street yesterday, "wait which street was it?"
