Yeah, I've got leftover wings AND frozen dinner from a few nights ago. It's gonna be rough around then.columbia wrote:That is true....I usually start thinking about lunch around that time.Myriad wrote:I'm sure peopel are just getting themselves mentally prepared for 11 am, then its gonna go down.

There is no way he is a top 6 NHL player anymore. He may be top 6 on OUR team alone, but you mean to tell me you couldn't name 20 players right now just off the top of your head that are better than Jagr?Rylan wrote:Jagr is still a top 6 NHL player. Even if he only amasses 50-60 pts. He is still a better choice a winger than anything the Pens currently have or could find on the FA list. He would definitely make this team much better. Also, he is an extremely talented PP guy, who perhaps, may be a catalyst that makes the Penguins at minimum a top 15 PP unit.

I've seen him about 3 years back in Pittsburgh, Dude is in his 70's and still puts on a good show, lot of energy and passion.sil wrote:I was fortunate enough to see Daniels live at the Opry in 2007. I'm waiting for the cheesy, ill concieved spin off, Jagrwatch Nights, which is pretty much like regular Jagrwatch, but with aliens and stuff.malksby8771 wrote:So, I guess today's the season finale of Jagrwatch. Will it return next year for a second season?

Good morning, thread! Got a good eight hours of sleep and I'll be heading to the beach this morning. Breakfast will be at McDonald's, lunch at the Marriott. If anyone finds out what Jagr had for breakfast or plans to have for lunch, please post.

The latest rumor is that Jagr is refusing to play in the NHL unless he is allowed to play without a number. Instead he wants to wear a half shell on his back.

Told there are still 4 teams in play for Jagr. Pitt, Det, Mtl (nibbling) and 1 other team (not Flyers). Good storyline for today.

Re: Penguins want Jagr back?!
I'm guessing he meant top-six forward on a team; i.e., a 1st or 2nd line forward, not one of the best 6 players in the NHL.pens2005 wrote:There is no way he is a top 6 NHL player anymore. Now that they´ve waited this long - there is zero chance for anything to be announced before 12.00.

one thing to remember on Jargwatch. Websites make money on every click.
It's not like Jagr announced he would make his decision on any given moment. The press/sites have been fuleing the fires.... not Jagr or the Pens
Just sayin'...
