Well, I think Doc is going to be dead anyway for posting the actual PM.

Yes Doc, but you said that you can't see why they would role claim this early. I would rather role claim early when there are still ample roles to be claimed than later.

Re: ***BEER WARS GAME THREAD***
By outing yourself early, especially the Angel, you make it tough or the other greens to role claim if necessary.shafnutz05 wrote:Yes Doc, but you said that you can't see why they would role claim this early. I would rather role claim early when there are still ample roles to be claimed than later.
Two possibilities come about:
A.) If the Seer role claims, he'll be targeted, and the Angel will be vulnerable.
B.) Same for the Vigil or any other green roles that might exist
Imo it's better to save those claims until later in the game, when it comes down to the wire, because then you can at least weed out a few of the reds/blues. By losing greens early, you lose your leverage unless the village is awesome, which is rare.

DocEmrick started picking beers off the production line, he forgot this was the one rule forbidden in the brewery. The head brewmaster grabbed him and stuck his head in the can crusher

Re: ***BEER WARS GAME THREAD***
Kraftster had 5 votes on him already though and no one was willing to switch at that point, so I don't see anything fishy in his claim. If he didn't say anything, people might have piled on this morning and he would have been dead.
It's obviously more advantageous for the Angel to remain hidden, but it doesn't really help if you get yourself voted off.![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

Re: ***BEER WARS GAME THREAD***
Well, that really sucks. I will get killed for putting forth ideas and presenting evidence, while Loaf, ulf, doublem, will continue in the game as complete wild cards, contributing little information to read thus far. Kind of sucks that Doc stupidly posted his PM in the thread....that is going to cost me the most.

Vote Count:
4 - shad (nan, doc, canaan, doublem)
2 - Kraft (ps87, mwb)
1 - ps87 (twc)
1 - mwb (mac)
redwill, troy, shad, ulf and mac had votes on doc. Those have automatically been removed, you may vote again guys.

intoxicate ulf
Like I said, if we are going to go for a vote based on little evidence (and I'm sorry, but NAN's case against me is hardly strong), can we at least vote for someone that has hardly been around? Like Malk pointed out, we are going to end up with three or four people still in the game towards the latter stages that will hardly be around. And, based on previous games, that has always benefited the reds because they can dictate the game.

i'll keep mine on MWB for now. I'm wondering why, with all the discussion, no one even seemed to notice it.

MWB has not been around as much as usual, and I am willing to explore what mac said about MWB making a mountain out of a molehill earlier with mac referring to IE.

I may extend the deadline a bit because of the pm issue and modkill since some people need to re-vote if they choose to do so. We'll see how particpation goes before 11 and make a decision by then.

Re: ***BEER WARS GAME THREAD***
I mean, honestly at this point, I am just trying to stay in the game. Like I said, really sucks that Doc posted his PM, because that makes me the loser by default. Because I don't think we can vote Kraftster off today, that leaves me with MWB.
Although like I said, I have absolutely zero reason to think that ps87 is in any way friendly to the blues. I guarantee each night he gets to pick a number and it kills off whoever picked that number earlier in the game. It's going to suck when he chooses two or three more numbers the next few nights and kills off more blues or green RPs.

Re: ***BEER WARS GAME THREAD***
Well, let's look at it Malk.Malkamaniac wrote:This round alone shad has voted for 4 different people.
1) I voted for Kraftster with a theory, first one to vote for him. He role claimed. Oh well.
2) Switched to PS87. Thought it was rather apparent that his role was not friendly to the greens, yet still couldn't convince people of it. During this time, people started to vote for me. So, I had to defend myself and switch to...
3)Docemrick. Doc probably would have got voted off, if he hadn't gone ahead and sabotaged another game. Since he got voted off, that left me (again) the leading vote getter. Thus...
4)MWB - My only choice at this point, since people are steadfastly refusing to doubt PS87's claim. I can understand standing pat on Kraftster, but the evidence against PS87 being a good thing for us is ample at this point.
