Anyone see Franklin & Bash premiere last night, or the return of Men of a Certain Age?
(DVRed both but curious if other thoughts are out there)

It has to be better than that abominable show Zach Morris had a couple years ago on TNT.

Glades... is that show really decent? I can't get past how much of a Dexter ripoff the commercials make it seem like it must be.

Its the blood orange isnt it? I always make the same association, but its nothing like Dexter, and is a damn good show. Callie is super hot too, which just adds to it.

It's not a Dexter rip off. I enjoy the show. The script is well done and the storylines are well conceived.

What's the story with Glades? I keep seeing ads for it but don't know what it's about.... detective show?

Glades is pretty dec. From the episodes I've seen, it's pretty much CSI, but better.

Eh, I dunno about CSI, there's not a lot of scientific stuff in the show, but yeah, its a detective show, good characters, good story, and being that its not on one of the major networks, its not so cookie cutter. I really like it.

It's about a detective who basically gets "relocated" to Florida. He's zany, sarcastic, and ticks everyone off around him. But he's good at what he does. So yeah, it's a detective show, only really good.

Burn Notice is about a spy who gets a burn notice put on him and dumped in Miami. He starts taking jobs to help people while he tries to find out who burned him. Bruce Campbell is in it, and really, that's all you need to know.
Bruce Campbell = awesome.
