Hits right now are 16-5 in favor of the Islanders.

When did we manage to hit 5 guys?

Correction 16-6. thanks Colby.

Is it just me, or does the Staalkinette line have the most goals against out of all the lines???

(I still love the line, just wondering.)

If DiPietro doesn't get 2:00 there for going back in not once but then a second time with his blocker I am convinced that the NHL hires it's refs form a pool of mentally challenged individuals as a community service program.

What's sad is I watch Joe Melichar do things and realize he's actually not THAT bad, but when you put him, a #4 or #5 guy, alongside Rob Scuderi, things go bad.

Man, I'd love to see us land Karl Rachunek.

Because they forced Scuderi, melichar, Eaton and Gonchar to forget how to lay defense?
No, because they had numerous chances to get the puck out and failed. They kept Scuderi and Melichar on the ice for almost 1:30

Not to be to smart but are you just now figuring this out. I know we all know it and you are just stating it b/c we all know it won't happen.

well my bad it's 4 on 4 who got it for the pens. and the isles score, I thought MAF sat yesterday so he'd be ready for today but it doesn't look like it right now. I knew today was going to be hard but geez.
