Re: *** Star Trek TOS Warz II *** Game Thread
I missed benny's post, my bad. Like i said I'm grasping at straws like anyone but I'm not going to go with the herd just yet. I'll keep my vote where it is for now but if anyone can come up with anything better than my reasoning, which shouldn't be hard, I have no issues switching.shafnutz05 wrote:lol. I wasn't "pushing hard" from anything. I was discussing votes.
Plus, Benny made his first post of the game like 2 minutes after you voted for him. How does that not meet (b) of your criteria?

i had hoped that by now Troy would have at least elaborated on why he contradicted himself here. If he's been posting elsewhere, then maybe he doesnt really care to.Benny Fitz wrote:Troy Loney wrote:kill ps87
i've got nothing, but i agree with bhaw...we'll get crushed if we forgo banter.
so you agree with bhaw AND cast a seemingly whimsical vote?

Day 3
Ten Forward was abuzz. Rumors of the recent sabotage attempt flooded the room, as everyone nervously glanced about.
It was a long day; the crew deliberated for hours on what to do. Finally a few Crewman seemed to sway the others. Their target? Troy Loney.
Troy had kept to himself most of the time, thus far. Again, in the corner of Ten Forward he sat, watching. Waiting. Conspiring?
The few crewmen who had taken noticed seemed to think so. They branded him a traitor, a Klingon. As the mob mentality took hold, Troy found himself scurrying for the doors. Before he could reach them, a phaser fired from the crowd. Troy Loney let out a gasp, as he was electrified with the voltage of the energy beam. He fell, dead, his personal holographic display turning off in the process. The crewmen had killed...
It is now Night 4. PM's to DocEmrick and columbia please.

Night 4
Shaftnutz05 was washing up, preparing for the evening. There was something he wanted to check on though. He made his way down to deck eight of the space station. He noticed that it was very quiet; empty. The voices of other crewman had slowly disappeared. Suddenly, he was afraid, he knew something was wrong. He quickly turned to head back to his quarters when disruptor fire from afar shot out of the darkness.
Shad fell, gasping for air. His assailant stepped over his body, and removed a Tri-Corder.
Shad's holographic display turned off as the last breath escaped his lungs. He was
Meanwhile...
On the other end of the station mac5155 was prepping some components for the upcoming battle. His hands worked quickly, and smoothly across the circuit board, as he reconfigured the shields and weapons for maximum power. Smiling to himselfe, he turned to come face to face with the Klingons.
Chancellor Gorkon: Greetings.
mac drew a phaser from his side, but the Klingons had him.
Chancellor Gorkon: There's no reason to get hostile. You're pretty adept at fixing things. We know who you are.
mac switched off his holographic display unit.
It is now Day 4. It takes 8 to lynch.

Basing this off shaf and mac votes last phase. Not the best reason maybe, but its all I got.

Mac was not the seer. Mac had a special ability that could only be done on certain nights if certain conditions were met.
