I rarely ever wish this on anyone, but I hope that in 10-15 years when you reach the college level that you are cursed with Professor Frank Joseph.

Glad to get another win...but again, we need one or two more TOUGH defensemen. Caps dman Erskine (who can barely crack the washington lineup most nights) shows you what a big, physical defenseman can provide. We need a dman who can occasionaly muscle somebody off the puck.

NBC guys seemed VERY certain that the pens are going to get a faceoff specialist.

I wasn't aware that mortality was something that Death himself had to deal with.

Pens started slow, picked it up, then Caps fought like heck to get back into it. We will be battling with this team alot in the years to come and it will be entertaining for sure. Caps Pens wars to come.

Good win. Glad they held on, although they had to give up a late goal for the drama. Gee thanks.

Oh, someone bring me the head of Kurt Busch. On a pike or plate, I won't complain.

Fight nice, children. Let's all get off our high horses and celebrate a win against a good offensive team with Thibault in net (praise ye, gods of the posts).

Anybody else find Ovechkin and Semin to be almost identical players? They both shoot from everywhere and have lethal shots.

Wow. So far off. Kicksave is 40? Hah! You know, if you click the profile link, you can see how old each person is. You can see that Kicksave and I were both born in 1985 and we can see that you were born in 1992.

Anyways. How long can this win streak go? Tough turn around tomorrow by having to go onto Long Island and face the Islanders in the afternoon.

Mario, he's not picking on you. I think it was your use of a cryptic obscene word. Just chill a bit on that ok so the banhammer doesn't have to visit you?

Enough pointless banter. Let's celebrate another win by this amazing team. Just a thought. Oh, and who were the three stars? My guess is:

3) Gonchar
2) Semin
1) Malkin

Eh, this is OK, but couldn't you have worked in a "their/there/they're" or "your/you're" or "to/too/two" mistake somewhere?

Pretty sure it was the "border jumper" comment that kicked this off before he played games with the censor.

I thought Crosby was flying out there, along with Malkin (Wicked shot.)

T-bo played very well.

And eaton, in my mind, had one of his worst games as a penguin.

Oh, and I'm so glad I don't have to here how bad the Penguins are at faceoffs....Honestly - we got it the first time, pierre - We need to win faceoffs. Man, he said it at least 12 times.

And ever notice...since they asked Malkin why he went off celebrating on his own - He doesn't do it anymore?

Almost certainly not, but it would have been funnier...
