Re: 93.7 The Fan Now On
Crossing my fingers for an announcement that either Alexander, Seibel, or Vinnie got canned (or moved to the after 10 spot).

I''m wondering if they are adding Miller full time for the drive home.cheesesteakwithegg wrote:Did anyone hear Seibel and Starkey yesterday talking about some huge announcement that is going to be made on The Fan at 2PM today? Wonder what that is....

Is it me or is the actual sound (not just the content, the actual way it sounds) on this station terrible?

i guess...it means less seible, so i'm ok with it, but i think miller needs to change things up a bit. first off, no more of those lame jokes about his wife not putting out. it was kind of funny the first time, but its starting to remind me of those people that tell the same exact stupid story when you hang out with them.

Re: 93.7 The Fan Now On
I like that Miller hates all the gimmicks that they do on that show (5:40 Free-for-all, stamp it, etc.). I heard him on the Super Bowl pregame show and he gave his prediction and said, "im not gonna stamp it or any of that crap".Troy Loney wrote:i guess...it means less seible, so i'm ok with it, but i think miller needs to change things up a bit. first off, no more of those lame jokes about his wife not putting out. it was kind of funny the first time, but its starting to remind me of those people that tell the same exact stupid story when you hang out with them.
I still think the best pairing would be Mueller and Miller.

Re: 93.7 The Fan Now On
The 5:40 freeforall is one of the best segments on local sports radio, imo. The caller quality is light years better than at any other time and the points are usually quite good.

Don't forget the Hot Lunsh. The top plays of everyday that no matter how bad the Penguins lose, a play in the game is for some reason part of "Vinnie and Cookies Hot Lunsh"
