Yeah, that is what they said on DVE this morning. They are going to have to write him out somehow, so him leaving with Holly would make sense. However, I hope that the writers are more creative than that.MWB wrote:I think they're having four episodes this season after Carrell leaves. Wouldn't be surprised he goes with Holly to New Hampshire.

I wonder how much longer Law and Order will last. What's next, Law and Order: Toledo?

The office is declining, and I'm also losing interest in How I Met Your Mother. Since the Big Bang Theory moved, I haven't really watched it.
About the only show I really, really enjoy on a weekly basis anymore is Chuck.

TV really blows now. The only thing I'm looking forward to is the new season of Curb Your Enthusiasm.

I think the big network TV (NBC, CBS, ABC) is very mediocre. There is a great show or two, but nothing spectacular.Bob Cole's Senility wrote:TV really blows now. The only thing I'm looking forward to is the new season of Curb Your Enthusiasm.
I love the HBO programs and shows on FX like the League and Always Sunny.

Disagree but it isn't as good as it used to be. Maybe since my wife and I are basically a living version of Lilly and Marshall has something to do with how much we like the show.Physical_Graffiti wrote:"Reached"meecrofilm wrote:HIMYM has now reached "un-watchable" levels.

Re: TV Shows
It was the first time the show really tried to be serious. There have been emotional scenes before but it was an overly emotional episode. I expect a rebound next week.shmenguin wrote:last night's was unusually terrible, but i don't think the show is doomed.meecrofilm wrote:HIMYM has now reached "un-watchable" levels.
I am liking Chuck a little less though. It sucks because I really want to continue liking the show but after last night I think it's becoming a little too much for me.

Re: TV Shows
i didn't mind the serious stuff. all of the actors aside from Ted can pull it off. Jason Segal has some chops. it was just some of the goofy stuff that bothered me...particularly the little priest guy, and him not getting his butt handed to him.PensFanInDC wrote: It was the first time the show really tried to be serious. I was kind of joking. I don't watch the show often, but it's okay when there's nothing else on.PensFanInDC wrote:Disagree but it isn't as good as it used to be. Re: TV Shows
Hmm, wasnt aware there was a 3rd episode, checking it out now. I enjoyed the first two, I mean, how many shows kill the first 2 episodes, *shrug* Im just glad for something that isnt another Law and Order or CSI. And as someone mentioned above, network programing is lousy, dont have premium channels, but I much prefer original programs on USA and TNT, even that show The Glades on A&E is pretty decent. They arent so cookie cutter. Really glad White Collar is back, woot.Idoit40fans wrote: I thought the third episode was better than the first two.
** That Russian guard guy at the begining has been all over bit parts lately, was in Leverage(The Iceman Job) and in an episode of Lie to Me.
