thg was suspiciously quiet this round...i know where i'm voting next day phase.

Things were not going well in the village. As often happens in these situations, they all decided to get together and drink. After a little while, several of the other villagers noticed that doublem was drinking wine, instead of the crudely-brewed ale they were all consuming. But the drinking continued for a while.

Suddenly, doublem got quite contemplative. "This is such a curious country, you know? England. It seems to soak up people like a sponge. I mean, take us: are we Norman or English?"

Interestingly, he said this three times.

That was enough for the drunken villagers. They lurched over to doublem and summarily slit his throat with a handy sickle. Then, for good measure, they hung him from a tree in Sherwood by his testicles.

doublem's last word was something like, "Oof."

doublem was Robert de Rainault, the Sheriff of Nottingham and leader of the Normans.

Betraying their Germanic heritage, the Saxon villagers immediately commenced an Oktoberfest celebration. Sadly, no beer girls were in attendance.

The Oktoberfest ended. It always does. The beer girls never showed up. They never do.

During the night, however, the nastiness continued. In the morning, the villagers found an eviscerated body in the center of the village. The Normans had struck yet again.

I know I defended doublem a little because I didn't get the reasoning for the vote on him. Right now, LITT is most suspicious to me. He's switched votes quite a bit, including a late switch to doublem.

Kraftster actually fits the same thing I was thinking on LITT earlier.... when I put out azkar's name, both seemed eager to jump on it. Right now I'm leaning towards one of the two, probably kraft.

I tend to think the reds were probably all on the doublem side of the vote at the end, but look before the switching started, they may be spread evenly between the two.

I knew this was coming. I'd like to think I am and am viewed as a better player than this, such that I'm not making this post as a baddie when I could have easily just finished doublem off and gained cred with the village. I'm nothing though, so no big deal if that gets me killed (leaving aside that like you said, you also voted for Azkar and not doublem).

understandable. i dont really have a counter to this other than i was getting on the bandwagon w ks and when he came out saying not to vote him i went with my next best guess to his quick nature to side with pfidc
