Azkar, who had supported Julia throughout the game, was the primary and only target. Even DocEmrick, who had spent the previous three days in a pharmaceutical haze, had emerged to make his voice heard, and cast the final vote condemning Azkar to death. As the Big Brother telescreen began broadcasting, DocEmrick broke into the hall and:

Azkar was Big Brother and the final remaining Party member! The Brotherhood and Proles were victorious, and the Party dead!

It's not really an inconsiderate statement as far as I'm concerned. I understand that people are busy and stuff happens, but if you're going to commit to the game, not talk for 4-5 night periods and go, "OH HEY LISTEN TO ME NOW THAT I'M BACK!" It's just not worth it.
